IF YOU ARE SICK

Established patients who become ill will be seen the same day or next day. We routinely keep "stand by" appointments open for established patients who become ill. If you become acutely ill call the office and speak with our staff. We will schedule you for a "stand-by" appointment or redirect you to the emergency room.

IF YOU NEED A PRESCRIPTION REFILLED

Call the office and tell the staff the name of the medication and the pharmacy phone number. Your doctor will review your request and either approve your request or call you back to discuss it. Prescription refills approved by the doctor are called to the pharmacy the next morning. We will also notify you the prescription has been called in.

IF YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH YOUR DOCTOR

Our doctors do not interrupt office visits for non-emergent phone calls. Please leave a message and your doctor will call you back after 5PM the same day. On rare occasions there may be too many messages to return in a single day. On those days your call will be returned the next day.
